Agree with some posters above, easy in sport mode, damn hard in non-sport mode - you've really got to puuussssshhh it down in non sport. Just tickle the little devil in sport mode.. God I think that's the best thing about the car, especially with PSE!

Never heard it called toe and heel. This is a first. Easy to do with stock pedals. Sport or no sport.
