I've been looking for basically the same car for a long time. My wants also include full leather and vented seats. Typical asking is $57-62. CPO adds a couple grand to that. The key is asking vs selling price. You should be able to negotiate at least 5% discount. Prices are higher now and will come down after summer is over.

Thanks for all of the input guys. Pending a clean PPI and DME on Saturday morning, it will be in my garage Saturday night!

If you've found the one with options, mileage, good inspection, etc that meet your requirements - BUY IT. Negotiate but don't get hung up wondering whether got good deal, paid too much yada yada. And most of all, don't worry about what anyone says.
You can look for a long long time and miss feeling total lust every time you drive. Finding car that meets your requirements is #1. Pricing is #2 as long as it's fair in your mind. This one seems reasonable, especially if can get some off just to feel the satisfaction of dealing. Life is too short to worry about couple grand to leave to kids for them to buy the porsche and say thanks dad.
If passes checks BUY IT.
