I'd say no more than $45k if it's immaculate. It is an 2005 model, so potential IMS/RMS issues. For this price, you could get a low mileage 997.2 non-s, which would have comparable power and a more reliable engine.

Is it possible that she is near the bottom of the depr curve being 11 years old? I dont know just curious. My thoughts are that you own an incredibly beautiful and rare car, that is quite possibly worth as little as it is going to be.
There would have to be an awful good reason for me to want to get rid of that baby!

07/04-build MY05 would definitely have the small single-row IMSB (mine did and it was a 12/04-build). Good news is it's replaceable, but I would want a PPI to drop the pan to make sure there's no debris, as that would put the retrofit bearing at risk.
Also from what I hear, the ceramic brakes are $$$$ when time comes to replace them.
Price-wise on the car Idk, but unless it just speaks to you and you plan on keeping it forever, I would want to get a really good deal on it. I'm sure there are a lot of '06-'08 S's and '09 bases out there in the $40's.
And thanks for the shots of a black .1 with black lobster forks! I was wondering about doing mine and trying to imagine how it would look. Now I'll be keeping mine stock silver.

Go on Cargurus and find out what similar lower mile S's are selling for. I dont know how much of a premium the Launch Edition commands. Besides the piece of paper are there any other major differences?

3 years ago I paid $42k for my wife's '05 C2S with the same exact equipment. Figure $35k is about the right # for that one but also don't see it dropping much more as it gets older. PCCB on street cars are awesome, providing nobody dings or chips a rotor with carelessness. The rotors may well last the life of the car. Mine have 50,000 miles on them and still look like brand new and make 0 dust. If you're planning to track the car, change them to steel.
Great car though. If you pull the trans to inspect the IMS type and it turns out to be the larger bearing, remove the grease seal from the bearing while you're there. Idiots a smaller bearing, replace it with the IMS Solution and as someone else posted, drop the oil panto look for any debris in the swirl pots first - that should be part of the PPI.
Good luck.

I paid $51,000 for a launch edition 997S in mint condition (this was about 10k below market value but it was 2009 and the recession panic was in full swing)
In almost 7 years of ownership and over 75,000 miles added to the odometer I still love this car. The PCCB's now have 85,600 miles on them and look brand new - those big yellows are extremely rare to see on a Carrera S and really stand out. The launch edition comes with all the options you want. The only thing I added was PSE at my expense. It had the single row bearing IMS and I upgraded to the LN ceramic bearing in 2012 (the original bearing was in pristine condition with 54,000 miles) This car is 1 of 337.
I would say 38k would be a real steal. A more fair price will likely be in the 42k range. The black paint/adaptive sport seats/PCCB add up to a stunning package in person, I get compliments still today.

i paid $40k for my launch edition with 23k miles 18 months ago. I got it from car max, after I told them about the pccb's the price went to $43k but they honored the original price. It already had its engine replaced but I got the 5 year warrenty anyway. I agree about the bottom of the depresiation curve, I am thinking in another 3 years I could sell for $35k if I keep the miles on the low side.

Maybe I'm delusional, or just optimistic, but I think it's closer to $45k. The pricing I've seen seems to support this. 997.1 C2S's I've in the mid-$30k have over 50k miles. Anything close to 20k miles seems to be over $40k.

I started not to post, don't want to offered anyone, just a perspective from an active searcher in the market. I've decided to ignore all 997.1 and only looking at 997.2. The IMS deal mainly and for reference I had an m97 engined Cayman S. Loved it, no problems and sold shortly after doing the full 60k service. Regardless equipment you can get a no IMS, direct injection 997.2 for just a few thousand $k more. For peace of mind I'll personally consider a 50k mile 997.2 over a 20k mile 997.1. Other stuff like would not buy a triptronic, but all in for a PDK. They are so common seems no premium to have one.
Point being, you are selling against a newer model with major mechanical advantages regardless equipment or mileage. Unless you find the "right" buyer it will need some sort of price advantage. From having looked a a couple of hundred cars and talked to both sellers and buyers I'm guessing upper $30's closes the deal, maybe. You can ask about anything but a $40's # will cause most serious buyers to skip right over. Hope take this as just one guys experience. Very nice car by the way regardless.

My Recent Purchase
FWIW, I just paid $45K for a 45K mile 2005 997S launch edition all black, which included a full AWE exhaust system, EVO intake, and sport clutch. I had to put about $3K into it to get it "worthy". So I would guess low $40's? Maybe it all depends on location and the buyer/seller mindset. Good luck!

Look around to see what's available on the market. There are not many examples with your options. The ones I've seen in the $35k range were much higher mileage and no where near the options you have.
Owngoal makes a good point about 997.2 and prices should be relative. With that reference, I think you can price it accordingly. I have yet to see a highly optioned, low mileage 997.2S in CA for less than $55k The price difference seems to be about $10-$15k less for a 997.1.
What timing, here's a good 997.2 to reference, listed for $61k.
