996C4S to 997S
Just wanting to say hi and show a few mandatory first post pics of my new ride - a 2008 997S with 33000 miles. Bought the car last week in Dallas, Texas and drove it home 2000 miles to Kennewick, WA. It was a great road-trip, taking in eight States which included a few mountain passes...the car performed flawlessly. I have just sold my 996 C4S, which was a great car, and am now looking forward to enjoying this newer model. First mod done - had the wheels refinished in a gunmetal color...

Awesome looking car, congrats. I have the same wheels on my C4S. How did you refinish the wheels, paint or powdercoat? Mine are OEM silver, but yours looks especially nice with your white car.

The wheels were painted. James at Autofocus Rims here in Washington did a great job. I was undecided whether to go paint or powdercoat but opted for paint because that's how they come from the factory.
