How can you push this 355 hp (shaft) engine to 440 hp (shaft) without blowers? Just a thought question if anyone cares.
My FSI 3.8 dynoed at 301 RWHP with OEM 3.6 C2 intake and exhaust systems. A bone stock Carrera S supposedly dynoes in around 285-290 on the same dyno, according to Monsieur Raby.

Mine is technically a "stage 1.5" engine. I don't have the ported heads that a "stage 2" build has (a-la Sneaky Pete's FSI 4.0, I believe), but I do have the higher-than-stock compression pistons and forged rods, Nickies cylinder liners, etc.

I'll be happy if headers, full exhaust, X51 intake manifold or IPD plenum and GT3 throttle body with a 997.2 airbox and a retune will get me to OEM X51 power at the crank. So ... 15-20 more horsepower? I'm cautiously optimistic, but then again, I need to stop spending money on this car ...
