Where do you think one of these would be in 3-4 years... (997.2 Turbo S, coupe or cab, sub 30k miles...)?

Your guess is as good as mine.
Can't imagine these ever dropping below $50,000.0-60 < 3.0 & 0-100 in < 9 seconds will never be cheap to maintain.
The great thing from here on out is even today's "old" cars, which came out after 2009, are legitimately good cars!

A friend of mine here in Victoria just purchased this 2009 C4S cabriolet. The dealer repainted most of the front of the car and gave it the 40,000 mile service and really tuned it up. It is a great looking and driving car. The special terracota leather is a sight to behold in the Texas sunshine. The asking was $61k, he got it for a bit less.

That's gorgeous! The special cocoa & terracotta leathers, optional interior trim & steering wheels make a big difference. What's cool on the 997 is how the trim matches the leather.

I agree that car is one of the most beautiful Pcars I have ever seen. And it drives as good as it looks. The friend of mine who bought it knows the dealer real well - Ben Keating who won his class last year at LeMans I believe - and wow that dealership prepped the car to literally "like new" condition. The car was originally ordered for Mr. Keating's wife I believe. It also has a lot of carbon fiber trim including special carbon fiber illuminated door sills! If you go deep enough on the link down to the build sheet, that car cost $134K back in 2009!!!!

First .2 base Carrera I've ever seen with PSE. Seems like a pretty good deal.

Wondered if that was an option on the non-S model.

Speaking of brown beauties...

There is my base manual with CPO in my signature.

Just saying.

That's a damn good price for a CPO car! Have you put it on Cargurus yet?

Nope, only here. I was going to detail and do a proper FS thread but work kept me busy and then we had a snow storm and 10 degree temps this weekend so it is safely in my garage.

I sold my X5 on here pretty easily so I figured the 997.2 would sell as quickly but I guess the snow storm was put 911 purchases on hold. I'm obviously losing money on it but I promised my pregnant wife I would sell it if she let me buy the 4S so here is is.

2012 GTS sold today on eBay for $69k. Bankruptcy auction but car was 1 owner with 9k miles. Very tempting but made me nervous buying site unseen. If car checks out, great price for low mile well optioned 6mt GTS

I'm the winner of this auction. Will let you guys know if I get ripped off!

Hopefully, nothing goes serious wrong, but I'm gonna count on Ebay's support if something does.
