Base. Difference between base and S in drop is because the S starts out 10mm lower than a base because PASM is standard on an S which drops the car 10mm from the factory.

I've got the S with Eibachs. And it now looks like ROW. Looks good without looking lowered. But if I had the base model, I'd probably go for H&R.

Thanks. It took a bit to get used to, but with a black exterior I did want something a bit louder. And yes, it's a 4S.

I drove around with Eibachs for almost a year. Combined with aero bumper, the lip scraped a lot! I eventually replaced my Eibach for PSS9, then finally replaced the spoiler lip. Since then I've only scraped once.

It's astonishing that people *****-nilly lower car suspensions because they like it better as a low rider. Do these people realize that lowering it they are changing dynamic characteristics or do they only care about a certain look they see on Friday night cruisers?

What's ***** nilly about it?

And yes you're right, it makes the driving dynamics better due to the lower COG

And looks better

*****-nilly as in no guidance or planning, as if the backyard home mechanic knows better than Weissach.

I wish I knew all. But regarding this topic you are right, and I agree it's not my business what others do. However, please grant me the freedom to wonder why people do what they do.

+1

It drives better, it rides better, it looks better. Win, win, win.

Best mod I've ever done to a car.

Go ahead and have your freedom but with that distinctly "grey poupon" attitude, not many will listen

Do they make the GT3 Cup car higher than stock because that's better for its driving dynamics?

Of course there are limitations and I am sure you are directing this at the guy with the coilovers but maybe he shows the car or maybe he doesn't. Who cares?

Not everyone who lowers their car needs new LCA's or adjustable toe links etc. And not everyone believes that they need their Porsche to be completely stock because that's the way Porsche built it
