One of the best looking 997's I've seen was Dark Olive Green over Natural Brown Leather. So dark its almost black, yet with a gold metallic that when light hits it up close, the highlights match the interior, its just beautiful. Too luxurious for some, but for me, just the ticket. Only made for a few years (anybody know which?) and have only ever seen I think three, would be great to see one here….

I'm not sure about that either, which is why I asked. The first one I knew for sure was Dark Olive Green was new delivery at a dealer, pretty sure that was 997.1 years. Would be nice if they continued it through the whole .2 run. Not that the chances of finding one would be that much higher.
Anyone have Dark Olive Green? Pics! Come on, its the green thread!

Looking good! Interesting that all the cars posted look to have the same color combo (PRG, with Sand Beige interior), and wheels. Is this the most popular Green combo for the 997 cars? It's funny, because everyone that sees my car says they've never seen one like it.
Keep 'em coming guys.

Wow... Porsche Racing Green is gorgeous. I don't think I've ever seen that color in person.
Maybe I should start a Brown 997 Thread. On second thought, maybe not. That probably wouldn't be too exciting; it would be about five photos of cars, all the exact same color.

Not mine, but one of the most beautiful 997s that I've ever seen - that happens to be green.
