for anyone with eye sight issues, the text on the diagrams is very tiny. I expected this to be double the size it is, at this price point.

I know lots of hard work went into producing this, and I dont discount that, but the size of it is a let down.
The book was made this size for many reasons. Mainly because it is meant to be stored in a glovebox, or in the drawer of a tool box. In these areas a full size book is too large. The Porsche "Tech Specs" books for the older cars were this same size, and made this way for the same reasons.

If you'd like, we will issue a call tag and have the book picked up, and give you a full refund. No questions asked.

I have not received the first complaint about the book, or it's size other than this.

Its important that the only thing posted here, or anywhere else online is confirmed before posting. The specs in these guides are less than 45 days old, therefore they supersede everything from workshop manuals and other directives that pre- date them.

email info@theknowledgegruppe.com with any discrepancy and it will be addressed/ confirmed right away. We are setting up a page on the site for updates to torques that may change over time, and these errors will be listed there, as well. Any issues will be addressed with the next run of books from the print shop.

Top date I have confirmed one error (item 17 on page 148) and have had two questions about a torque value. In both instances the value was correct, the person's directive that was the comparative was superseded.

Again, if you have information older than 45 days, your material is not as fresh as whats in print.

No one is beyond error, and any issues will be addressed, and made available. Please don't just list issues here, as it will create a confusing scenario, feel free to post AFTER we confirm.

It's a very quick reference, for sure.. That's why we made it small enough for a tool box, or a glove box.

The 993 has more info readily available than the 996/997, so a book like this would not be as well received.

This thread is several years old. I am looking for fastening specs for a 987.2. Is that available now. Or is the 997 book closest match?
