How do you know if you have spacers? I know this sounds silly, but on lesser vehicles, spacers have been aluminum hats that just would fall off when you removed the wheel. Is it the same on the P-car or are they bolted to the hub?
Spacers should be bolted to the hub using the same holes that normally hold the rotor to the hub, by getting longer screws (I also use Stainless toake future removal easier). Spacers should also be hub-centric with a lip. Adaptec Speedware will make any width spacer you want with the mounting lip - others don't offer the lip on their thinner versions.

So, does a base Carrera come with these stock? I need to remove my wheels again and see but I didn't remember seeing anything that looked like a spacer in there.
Only in rare cases does Porsche use spacers from the factory with their OEM wheels (928 GTS comes to mind). Usually they create a wheel with the correct offsets for that specific car configuration which is why you see wheels that look the same but in different widths and offsets. If you have OEM wheels on your car, you probably don't have spacers unless the PO changed the wheels and bought wheels with different offsets.

Depending on your wheels you should be able to see in there. Or stick you cell phone camera in there and take a pic or video. My 5mm spacers did not have the long mounting screw...
My car came CPO with factory wheels so no spacers included. I put on some Champion wheels for a NB which I knew were a more aggressive fitting, They came out totally flush though, which made me wonder if I had spacers in there that I had somehow missed when I pulled the wheels.

In an earlier message they admitted that the price went up recently with the newer packaging$250 to $275. Still, a great deal. In the past I recall seeing Ti bolts like these (and not as good) for $750 a set!
Actually these are lug bolts not nuts. That poster has studs installed so he needs lug nuts to go over them instead of bolts. He also wants them closed end as to not show the studs.

Yes, what he said
Nice thing about the studs is they help with wheel removal to not hit the PCCBs although using the alignmant pins works very well too.
Thank you for all your support. We have started advertising in some Porsche magazines and took the recommendations from the Rennlist community as to which magazines we should advertise in. I really appreciate all the great support from Rennlist.
We have now added lug nuts for the air-cooled cars and that has been going very well for us. We have increased our production so that we can continue to have a 100% order fill rate and we are adding some more equipment in the next couple of weeks to give us the capacity to do more and more products.
Again, I just want to thank everyone on Rennlist for your support, I really appreciate it.

Are the lug nuts open or closed end? If closed, what's the internal depth?
Also, just bought an '09 Cayenne 957 Turbo S today - do they use the same lug bolts as the 997s (size, pitch, & length) or are they larger or longer - do you have those available too?
Asked the Cayenne question here instead of via PM in case someone else has the same questions.
If lug nuts are closed and you have the Cayenne fitment, please PM me a combo price for the 2 sets.

Thanks and let me know.
Cayenne will take the 40mm long lug bolt, just order the set for the 10-14mm spacer and we have the closed lug nut for the air cooled cars. The closed lug nut are an exact copy of the factory nut from Porsche, just in titanium.
