The 928 has no cats and a Borla exhaust - sounds like a big V8.

I don't have sound clips of either, but should do that someday.

yes you should...wow, nothin like the sound of a big V8, and coming out of a porsche...928s very... intriguing, gets me to thinkin...
we shall see, i think the new (to me) 964 will have an abbreviated stay here but, i should drive a 928 before i go any farther with this...thanks for the responses snr petza

Had a bolt come loose on a small cover for one of the RUF intakes which caused a small vacuum leak and a CEL. Found it by smoking the intake. Blew apart a plastic check valve on a vacuum line once, creating a no start. DME logs some odd values in the report too, but doesn't effect the way it runs. Overall, it's been very reliable and a small price to pay for the performance it yields.

I love modded Porsches, I know a lot of purist on this forum is just puking right now but I love it. Individuality is what makes us different, who wants the same looking boring car.

I've said it before, and will say it again.

Fantastic looking cars and so tastefully done (and I'm someone who generally prefers the stock look...)

I've always liked the new trend in wheels that are the Deep Concave versions. Found a set of ADV1 SLs with the concave face and stepped lip at the right price so mounted up some spare tires I had and put them on the car. Gives it a very aggressive look and I like it. The flash in the darker garage created some cool photos so I included a couple of them as well.

I still think I like my custom polished Champions with the RUF Center caps better though, so if someone is interrested in these ADV.1s (ADV05 model), I'd be willing to sell them with the mounted Nitto Invo rubber or as the wheels alone. PM or email me and I can send detailed wheel photos and prices.

If not, I'll just run them on the car for awhile as I do like the look.

I'm not a huge fan of body kits and spoilers, but your car looks amazing and really well put together. Use it well and enjoy! I agree with you about the wheels.
