Default Updated Pics of my 997 RUF R-Kompressor

Got a chance to clean up the car this weekend so I took a few pics since I've made some changes since my last batch. Put on a set of Smoked Dectane LED Rears taillights (NLA by the way) and polished and clear powder coated my Champion RS171 wheels. Loved the style, quality, and lightness of them, just didn't like that they were almost the exact same silver color as the car - I like wheels that contrast with the paint color, but am also not really a fan of black wheels as I think you lose a lot of the detail of the wheel, so polishing was the route I chose.

That is a hot looking car! It kind of threw me though to see the P emblem on the back bumper.

There's black door edge guarding on the rear of the doors so when the kids get out of the back they don't do any real damage if they accidentally bump them into someothing.

Thanks. 475-485 HP - need to put it on a dyno at some point. Convertible is actually a supercharged 928, not a 968.

kkswow12, here are some interior pics. Black leather, lots of CF, DCT wheel with mf, RUF pedals, Dension BT integration, built in radar/laser, adaptive sport seat plus hardbacks, Inpelle leather floor mats, rear seats (removed and stored) - kids car seats installed

They both sound awesome - the RUF with Fabspeed Valvetronic setup in sport mode just screams at the higher rpm. Has the headers, 200 cell X-cats, and their pse-type mufflers. When I did the rear bumper conversion, I cut the shielding in the vent areas and you can see the vacuum valves move through the openings.

The 928 has no cats and a Borla exhaust - sounds like a big V8.

More pics of the 928 here -

I don't have sound clips of either, but should do that someday.

Has a nice suspension setup as well - Bilstein Damptronics, Cargraphic AirLift, Tarett Monoball front mounts, RSS LCAs, dogbones, toe steer kits, camber locks, TPC DSC module.

Ran out of stuff to do, so bought the 928 project, which I've also now finished. Upkeep of the fleet (have a 914 too) should keep me busy enough though, plus I'm out of space

Have you ever had any issues with CELs reliability etc?
