Bumper looks bad as someone mentioned. Climate ***** are the worst I've seen. Might add up to a cat that wasn't pampered much.

Car has comfort seats. Some like these and some do not.

If your going higher mileage and down in the years, buying sight unseen is a risky proposition.

Good luck in your search.

From everything I've read, its actually a great automatic transmission... for an auto. Not PDK amazing but a good solid auto.

I myself am just not that into autos on a sports car. The pricing in the market, in my opinion, suggests that autos are less desirable, and therefore generally a few thousand cheaper.

Seats and gearbox lost me. If you like that though the car from where i'm sitting looks very nice and a bargain used car buy. It's checked out already, might be the one to jump on.

I think it's a good deal if PPI checks out clean. As for Tip, it's probably one of the better automatics in the industry. People here don't like it is because either most feel only a manual belongs in a 911, or because now there is the PDK gearbox. If you don't mind an automatic (or don't want the manual), don't compare it to the PDK (which can be very expensive to fix if issues come up itself), then I don't see any negatives with the Tiptronic transmission.

I say if you like it and PPI turns out fine, pretty good deal and go for it.

It looks really clean aside from the front bumper as has been mentioned. The fading climate controls are standard on most 997.1 models.

Tires and 60k mile maintenance are not cheap so bear that in mind.

Like others have said, tiptronic and the comfort seats as opposed to the sport adaptive seats are a matter of taste for the buyer.

Otherwise it looks clean, especially if PPI checked out.

well guys just an update, I walked away from the deal, came down to a tint job can you believe that?
the front windshield had tint on it, so I told the dealer that I'm looking at about 2 grand in service and tires, only thing that I ask is for your tint guy (most dealers have one) to remove the frickin tint on the windows and windshield and we have a deal...no can do on the tint...goodbye
the journey continues

I wonder if their margin was pretty slim and then needing a 3rd party to come in to remove the tint would have squashed any margin left?
