Looks like it saw some track time, maybe a slight money shift but a long time ago so probably okay. If it's CPO'd and in good condition otherwise, I wouldn't let it hold you back too much. Porsche will CPO a car with higher range ignitions now if they occurred more than 200 operating hours ago but they may request a compression and leak-down test.
It's not for sale at Porsche dealer, but the reviews for this dealer (birmingham broker) are pretty/very favorable. He said he will include a 36/36 power train plus warranty. It includes engine, automatic transmission, standard transmission, drive axle assembly, seals and gaskets and the plus includes cooling, electrical, 24-hr roadsde assistance and rental car allowance.

While this DME readout is not necessarily egregious, I would not buy this car because it has apparently been "beat on" quite a bit. Just my oponion
I agree, but only because I am very cautious. I purchased a 2009 C2S with 26K miles on it and it had zero over revs with only the tiniest in Range 1. They are out there.
I checked my over revs last night now with 79K miles and while my Range 1 increased significantly, there were still 0s in the other range.

Well that'll be up to you to decide if that warranty is worth anything to you. You should find out who the coverage is provided by (I'm assuming its a 3rd party warranty by a company) so you can do some research on them. If it was just that single dealer providing the warranty only at that specific place, I'd consider that pretty much worthless.
