Thank you. Most of that is attributable to my wife as home design is her hobby just like mine is cars. She is also a neat freak. We have a different garage where others cars live and where we keep all of the "junk" as you refer to it so we are able to enjoy these cars in a pristine (as much as a garage can be) environment. I enjoy the sight of the cars so much more if there is little else to detract from them.
The single car garage has a single car, lawn mower, yard tools, my tools, well, I could list things for an hour but I think everyone gets the point.

Toyota FJ, BMW Z3, Volvo XC60 and of course the C4S. Covers most bases right now.

2015 BMW X5 50i.
Steers like a pig and rides like a mattress mounted on marshmallows on top of a batsh*t crazy twin turbo 400+HP V8.
Basically, the perfect long-distance commuter (I generally spend 2+ hours per day in the car).

New to Porsche. Just bought a MY2008 911 C2S Cabriolet, Ruby Red with Sand Beige interior.
I have been a BMW nerd for a while. Still have a MY2015 BMW M4 Yas Marina Blue with Coral Red Interior as a DD. I had not noticed how large the 3 Series have gotten until I bought the Porsche. The M4 feels like a GT Cruiser in contrast.
I also have a mint condition MY2005 BMW 330i with the ZHP Package. Not the fastest car, but I love driving it. Something about older cars in mint condition.
The Porsche though, is on another level of enjoyment. I am going to be here for a while. Love German automobiles.

2015 Q7 S-Line 3.0 T Supercharged and a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport 3.7 V6 366 HP. Bought both cars as company vehicles and took advantage of the IRS $25,000 tax credit on each.

-2007 Lexus GX470 (basically a 4Runner with a V8 and better interior); Daily driver with 155,000 miles on it, big enough to haul the Great Danes around in and pull the track car
-2016 Nissan 370Z; Impulse buy as a "fun" daily driver in the summer
-2007 BMW Z4 3.0si coupe; 29k miles, showroom condition garage queen
-2006 BMW M Coupe; track car, stripped interior, half cage
-1995 Mazda Miata; 49k miles, barely a door ding, analog heaven
