My DD is an '05 997 C2, 58K miles, bought used in early '09 w/20K miles. Our other car is an '03 W211 E-Class, 127K miles, bought new in late '02, looks/drives as good as the day it left the showroom. I'd love to pick up an 80's-90's 911, but only if I had someone willing to store it for free and pay for the insurance and upkeep.

Between my fiancé and I we have way too many cars!

So there is the 997S Cabriolet (2006), and a recently added now second owner 356C Coupe (1964), my VW Vanagon GL 1987-1/2) one-owner, a Ford Ranger (1996), her Mercedes Benz 300SL (1990), and her MB 220 sedan (1961) and finally her 2001 Cadillac sedan. It's really hard rotating amongst them all to keep the batteries charged up!

Thanks for providing your impressions. I didn't know the 997 was turbo'd. I am guessing you got the TPC kit. If I decide to go FI one day, Ill PM you to get your review of that kit too.
Yes, mine has the TPC turbo on it, there are a handful of us and everyone loves it.

2015 suburban for family hauler and 06 Scion xB which I love to beat up. It has been so reliable that I love this sh!tbox. I told my wife i will not sell it, I'll drive it to the ground. The front and rear bumpers are held with zip ties... The front bumpers have a lower lip and it always hit the curb when parking.

Very little maintenance and it gets high 20's/low 30's mpg. Best combination (911 and xB) for me.

Good to see some M Shoe owners here. I've had the pleasure of two of these over the years, but did not have the space to keep them.

My P-Car is a 2009 C2S Cab. I split DD duties between a 2010 X5M and a 2012 S63, with an occasional mix of the Porsche.

I saw your steel grey at Dorkfest two years ago in SoCAL. Very nice car! You had the steering wheel re-wrapped if I recall. Every time I think of selling mine I drive it and change my mind. Lots of M Coupe owners end up in 911's because BMW makes nothing like the M Coupe today.

The 911 wipes the floor with the M Coupe dynamically, but the M Coupe has so much character and a very comfy ride!
