Remove the airbag to get access to the screws holding down the trim. Search for steering wheel replacement DIY's. There are plenty of threads showing how to remove the steering wheel, step one being the airbag removal.

And if you don't feel comfortable removing the possible explosive airbag from the wheel. Do seek professional help, so you can have a post #2.

The clear plastic covers over the openings in the three spokes of my wheel is all crinkled. They are over the lights for Sport, Plus and Launch Control. Anyone have any success removing the trim and replacing the clear plastic?

There is a blog on Rennlist about this somewhere. I saw it several years ago. Do a search.
