Default Aftermarket Turbo II Wheels

Has anyone used this seller? Experiences? They seem to have a lot of wheel choices. Thanks.

They're certainly not forged if that matters to you. You have no idea of the quality of the wheels via an almost nameless ebay seller.

I'd rather spend a bit more and get a set from a known dealer who will stand by their product.

I don't mind spending more. But I don't know any dealers making these wheels. Perhaps a forum member does. I'd really like to find a forum member selling a set of oem, but I don't want to buy a set from Porsche. I don't want to spend that much.

I have used this vendor before on two cars. Audi and BMW. Good quality replica wheels and good guys to work with. I had one wheel where the hub centric diameter was slightly larger than should be causing a tiny bit of vibration when driving and they replaced it. Now with that said, I am local so I was able to go there myself but really good guys nonetheless. I personally love that wheel you are looking at and its my favorite design for our cars. My only concern would be weight. Ask them how much the wheel weighs and compare to the OE wheel. Too big of difference will change the dynamics of your ride, handling, etc as you likely know and our cars are more sensitive due to the suspension.

My guess is that they're pretty heavy.

Well I talked with the vendor today, and he said that the fronts and rears are approximately 25 and 31 pounds, respectively.

I would rather spend a little more for OEM wheels and meet TUV Standard instead of cheaply made in China products on your $100k car. Also, safety is my most concern before cosmetic.

Well, now I think I'm buying a 4S with the Turbo II wheels. Problem solved.

I'm also after oem Turbo 11 wheels for narrow body for the last 12 months. Not many around. One guy had wide body offsets but I'd like the narrow offset. Still lookin.

Suncoast has the best offer with tires, but the shipping to Canada and taxes will kill me.

there was a set on kijiji that just went for 1000-1200 about a month back. wide body offsets (which would fit nb nice+aggressively). if i notice another deal like that i will definitely send it your way.

mumbles, you can ship to say Niagara Falls NY and drive there to pick them up. A few places that will accept shipments for you, like USA Address Inc.
