As most of you know I bought a stunning cobalt Blue 997 TT a few months back. I've had some fun doing some mods to make the car pop. feedback is always appreciated, provided for your viewing pleasure Currently waiting on a Turbo S Carbon Fiber Airbox which should look really sharp with the Yellow Y Pipe

Mods - Custom Floor Matts
Black Powder OEM Wheels w/ Cobalt Trim
Yellow Powder Calipers
Speed Yellow Y-Pipe
Speed Yellow Gauge Trim
Lighted Turbo CF door Sills
LED Footwell lights

Nice work. I like what you have done to the wheels. Inside I might have done the rear center console body colored and the trim ring beneath the gear selector in yellow but I can't argue with your choices.

Overall, I like what you have done.

I do have a question about the gauge rings. They don't seem to completely cover the four gauges on the outside. Personally, that would bother me. Are they 996 gauge rings? If so, I guess the 997 gauges are larger than the 996 gauges. I had some silver gauge rings on my 2004 996 but have not seen any rings for the 997.

Blue and yellow are very diffIcult color to work with and I think you did a pretty good job.

I did the same pinstripe when I had the turbo style wheels, and also the gauge too, except my theme was red. You might want to try to do the gauge with plastic-dip, which gives a more complete look.

Nice! Where did you have your custom floor mats done? Is the turbo on the seats embroidered into or stuck onto the leather headrest?

Those wheels look sharp, the interior too bold for me.

Can you PM me some more information about this?? Looks amazing. Mine are just dipped metal pieces that slide on.

Here's the thread. Some of the photos were had been removed a while ago to free up storage. But scroll down to for a short video clip and a couple of photos.

I subsequently did the chrono gauge as well, and switched to steering wheel with paddles and red stitching

I'm interested to know where the mat was done as well. It seems very difficult to find mats for RHD.

Great color! Not a fan of those wheels but you had it blacked out with blue pinstripes so it looks a bit better. Car looks really aggressive with the wing but too much fender gap, will look better lowered. I like the yellow and blue theme you got there.

Striking! Need the right size gauge rings though.
