50th Anniversary is a 991 (but widebody too). The list by mdrums is pretty complete as far as the 997's go. Limited production Speedster and Sport Classic are also widebody.

Yes. The sport classic and the speedster were both 2 wheel drive, wide body cars. They both put out 408hp like the GTS as well. Interestingly the Speedster has a shorter windshield than a normal cab. I've seen a few speedsters in person locally but, I don't think the Sport Classic was sold in North America.

The 996 C4 is not a WB but the 2004-05 996 C4s is! Now are you even more confused!

When Porsche arrived at the 997 body style they changed some of their thinking when it came to putting on the larger rear flares. (All fronts are the same).
It's actually almost easier to list the NARROW body cars instead of listing all the wide bodies.
If it's a two-wheel drive car it's generally the narrow body. The exceptions now are the GTS, the and Speedster. Because of the added weight of the targa roof assembly Porsche elected to make all of them wide bodies to help distribute all the aft weight, irrespective of being an S or not. Back in 996 days the S commanded the wider flares on some of their models.
The GT3 is a narrow body--sort of goes against logic, but that's what it is.
The widest rim produced by the factory for the narrow bodies is the GT3 wheel at 12 inches wide. The second widest is the XRR or Carrera Sport (like on mine) at 11.5 inches. All the others are generally 11 inches wide.
It's only a 44mm difference but there are two negatives of the wider flares to consider: (1) Higher coefficient of drag for the wider cars, and (2) more impact damage to the leading edge of the aft flares from the road junk tossed up by the front wheels.
