What is the implication of using non N rated tires on a CPO car?

They can't mandate what brand of tires to use.

They aren't supposed to CPO a car with out N rated tires but you are free to put whatever tires you like on the car after you own it. It won't have any effect on your warranty.

My Spyder came with the Bridgestones and I am not a fan. They are great initially but after a year they harden and start losing grip. I'm at 10k miles / 4 years and while the tread looks good I can feel the tires losing grip through corners and yes they are noisy too. I'm likely switching to the MPSS or the PS2. My Speed 3 also had the RE50 as a stock tire and I noticed the exact same trend with them, great initially but harden and lose grip quickly.

I don't track my cars but I do drive them pretty hard when the roads are clear!

Just want to thank everyone again for your input. I love the Bridgestone's on my BMW 650, but I'm probably going to try the new Michelin pilot super sports when my PS2's wear out. Thanks again.
