Default Air Intake With Matte Aluminum Look 997.2

My car came with the standard black air intakes, has anyone gotten them wrapped or painted to look like the stock matte aluminum look from the factory? I think it looks great.

The option is on the attached PDF search "Matt aluminum look" they spelt it wrong.

what kind of paint did you do it with? Did it come out good? Do you have any pictures?

That looks great, it looks like you did the black plastic by the side mirrors as well? Did you have it professionally done or all on your own? I've become a master at fixing paint chips but not sure if I could take this on, I live in a condo and my garage has minimal space.

I did all the black plastic. all are available as options which is about $3000+ If you go to a body shop I would figure about $1000 +
You have to allow several hours dissassembly time to get it all apart. Maybe 3-4 hrs paint time.
I have been painting for yrs but I wouldnt recommend trying it as a first timer. You would have to have paint equipment and alot of products
