That's what I thought until I washed mine the first time. Nothing terribly dramatic but the front bumper is definitely different. Sort of a blend between a regular 997 bumper and a GT3 bumper. Then it has the GT2 side skirts. Subtle but pretty cool. And the X51 kit worth about 20hp.

I am quite certain that I got this info from this forum in a posting from a reputable member. It's been a little while though and cannot exactly remember whom. I just copied and pasted. The web site that someone previously posted for "build sheets" now requires admin log-in passwords to enter, however when printing out my cars "build sheet" before a p-word was required, it seemed to me that there were enough pages of GTS VIN#'s to support those numbers.

Also 2 wheel drive wide body with GT2 skirts is pretty special.
