Fidelity Platinum Warranty - Where to buy
After much research, I have decided to go with a Fidelity Platinum Warranty.
I would like to get several price quotes as I understand different places charge different prices.
So, for those of you who have purchased one, can you post or PM me your dealers contact info?
Thanks!!!

fidelity requires you to bring the car into for an inspection. call fidelity and they will give you a list of authorized dealer in your area. call them and get a price. i got mine from hyundai for $5400.

Others will chime in but basically you can buy the Fidelity at any participating dealer. As someone wrote previously you can call Fidelity first and they can tell you the dealers near you. You of course should go to your local Porsche dealers as well but they will tend to be higher then an non-Porsche dealer on average.
When calling a dealer, ask for the financial officer/manager. They are the ones to handle the 3rd party warranties. Be warned not every non-Porsche dealer will want to deal with you once they find out you got a non-brand model (i.e. calling a Honda dealer and telling them you want to warranty your Porsche).
Also you can negotiate the prices with a dealer as well as get pricing on multiple yrs/mileage/deductible - ie 5 yrs/50,000 miles/$250.00 deductible.
Good luck.

you don;'t have to buy locally-shop for price as it varies greatly- I've bought two from Sunset Porsche in Oregon
i've had 3 fidelity platinum on my various porsche- (02 996C2- sold; 07 987.1 boxsterS & 07 997.1TT- still own both). Never had to get car checked
out bfore purchase -987 was under factory warranty when fidelity bought & 997TT was under CPO. Perhaps it depends on year & mileage. Fidelity did decline to renew the Platinum again on my 02 996 due to age last year bfore i sold it.

Bgrpph, based on my recent experience and from I read from others - there are many different circumstances that will effect one's options from Fidelity.
Fidelity will tend to give more favorable rates if your car is still under warranty (and low mileage). It seems that you also had the benefit of not getting the car inspected. Every dealer I talked to wanted to inspect the car first before they offered me the warranty (my car had an expired warranty). So the odds are if the car is not under warranty a dealer will want to inspect. So that is why going local makes more sense. I found a better deal but it was at a dealer that was over 1 hour away from me. For a hundred more I went with the dealer near me, and yes - they inspected the car first.

Done!
I went with a Fidelity Platinum warranty purchased from Guy Belfiore at Sunset Porsche in Oregon.
Details:
2005 Carrera S
26,922 miles
Purchase on 6/30 with no warranty.
MAJOR PPI (5 pages worth) done on 6/30 before I signed on the dotted line.
I purchased a 3 year/36k Platinum warranty.
Guy accepted my faxed over PPI documents since it was performed within the last 30 days.
(I live in Texas)
Guy was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had price quotes on other warranties from other companies that were much higher. And, after my research, I really wanted the Fidelity warranty.
I really couldn't be happier.
Special thanks to bgrpph for the recommendation!!!
Ty
note: I don't feel comfortable posting the price of the warranty as there are so many variables that go into the final price. But, if you are really interested, PM me.

meanwhile if you call around and shop the prices, my local dealer wanted cost plus $50 fee as long as i paid with a check or 3% of i pay with a credit card. X price was $9500 for 100 deduct. platinum vs $5400. I'm going to get mine locally. Some of these guys only offer 10% off list price fyi.

Just quoted $4662 + tax for a 7 year/70,000 mile Fidelity Platinum Policy from my dealership for coverage on a 2012 4GTS with 9500 miles. Seem reasonable? I've written back to find out what the deductible is.

had Fidelity Platinum 6 yr on previous 02 996C2- when it expired 3/13 tried to renew but was denied by Fidelity.
Those shopping for Fidelity Platinum should call Fin Mgr at Sunset Porsche in oregon ask for RL/Renntech pricing. I've no affiliation with them- bought 2 Fidelity warranty there at good price - also buy most of my parts there- much cheaper than local- Earlier this yr i paid $4300 for 6 yr/60k addt'l miles ($250ded) Fidelity Platinum for my 07 997.1 TT.
