Just finished installing RS brakes on the car last night.

Front 380mm RS discs and RS calipers with custom made spacers
Rear 355mm CUP discs with original calipers and Manthey spacers
Performance friction 08 pads and Motul RBF 600 racing fluids.

No wonder the tires were a bit slippery at the track:

So I went with Michelin Pilot Sport CUP2 tires 235/35/19 + 305/30/19

Put the car on dyno this morning. The torque curve looks a little "off"...?
Maybe a failing MAF or something similar. The car pulls strong so definititely cannot notice that during driving.
It would be nice to see the 355hp the factory promises though.

Looks very well done. Let me get this straight, so this is a C4S, BUT RWD, right?

Yep, that's correct! The front drive parts (axle, front diff, driveshafts) have been removed.

did you do that or someone else? How difficult that is to do? Should the ECU be updated? I've never heard of that before...

No need to do anything else. It's all plain mechanical. And can ofcourse be re-installed later.

Thanks! That's a RAM mount. (google it).

I think I found the reason for the missing hp on the dyno:

http://www.fvd.us/us/en/Porsche-0/-/..._vehicles.html

It is surely missing only on the dyno as the car definitely pulls very hard on the road and on the track.

I installed the GT3 82mm throttle body and the IPD plenum today. Took all of 30mins, which of 15 minutes was fighting to get the IPD provided silicon hose on...

I started up the car and it idled smoothly. Didn't notice much difference but perhaps it responded better to the throttle input.
I will hit the local track tomorrow evening so we'll see what my butt dyno says.

Love the car!

Where do you have your camera mounted for in-car?
