Engine/Belt Noise

Hi Rennlisters,
Over the past week upon startup and during normal idling the car makes this lovely loud noise:

Do you think its the belt, pulley, or other?

No video in your post,just a pic. At least that's what I can see on my phone...
Anyway,my advice is to remove the belt and run the engine cold shortly. See if the noise goes away. If it does,then it's good news because you know the noise comes from something belt driven and not from the engine internally.
Proceed on checking each pulley by hand. Spin them and listen for abnormal noise. Check for play. Same goes for the tensioner.
Good luck!

the video works, the updated youtube video sounds noticbly louder then the other link. are they both the same video?
