Getting a bad flu hasn't helped with the custom dog crate project. Walls/floor/sliding door are vacuum bagged autoclave cured low mod foam cored Bi-ax carbon. Frame is carbon tube/L beam. Lining is going to be light grey .125" self adhered hydroturf. Small water bowl with outside fill tube moulded into left side wall. CADCAM routed "Porsche" script 3" high and .5" wide lettering bit cut through front and back walls and .625 wide series of routed slits both sides for air and visibility (biggest issue through crate to the right). 8LBS without lining or feet, no rattle, quick pin takedown. Won't be done for a while.
