Is there a way to fill the headlight washer holes in front bumper?

I actually bought a set of used headlight washer nozzles to plug into the holes in case the job didn't turn out right. I will stay with the plugs now.

Nice job!
The reason the washers are mandatory for the Bi-Xenon lights is because when they get crap on them they can reflect that strong light into places that its not supposed to go--like into on-coming traffic eyes.
Remember, they activate automatically for the Bi-Xenon headlight-equipped cars when the (1) headlights are on and you (2) activate your windscreen washers ten times.
