Sorry - should be tall gears. Damn autocorrect
What I mean is using a lot of throttle in 4:th, 5:th or 6:th gear from slow speeds.
It's mentioned in the article that due to the much larger torque of the engine Hartech thinks that people also use this instead if shifting down.......

I think a great book to check out in addition to the docs referenced above is Vic Elford's Porsche High-Performance Driving Handbook.
Trying to add the link in mobile but it's a PITA
so - Porsche High-Performance Driving Handbook
It's got lots of great insight and really goes into detail from the basics - seat / steering / shifter positioning all the way up through complex skills like managing balance, cornering and a focus on smooth control specifically in Porsches.
Also peppered with some great stories and classic images.
