Now that you have fixed the most glaring of the cosmetic issues, you need to take off the Beverly Hills Porsche license plate frame. At least write "SUCKS" in red paint marker or something if you keep it on there. Would hate for people to see the car and think something nice about BHP.

I am in for $20 if you guys start a legal fund.

You know it's a strange feeling when you look at cars from BHP and they are exactly what you want and with a CPO but then the first thing that crosses your mind is the fact that it is a CPO car from BHP which really means nothing other then 3 letters. A lot of people buy cars from dealers they will never go back to for service because they found one that either met the options they wanted or the price as I did buying a new car in New Hampshire and shipping it here to Calif. So what happens when you take a BHP CPO to another dealer for a problem and they look at you like you must have done this to the car after you purchased it from BHP? This is why once again I went to Walther's in Riverside! BHP + CPO = The Unknown!

I've tried to compose the letter to reflect the theme of opinion expressed on this thread. If the letter doesn't fit what you wish to express exactly, feel free to modify it or write your own letter. The thing is to support Lozzy with action. I also hope that in addition to helping Lozzy, dealers and PCNA will realize that the strength of our passion for Porsche deserves equal strength of passion in their delivery of quality cars and service to us. We deserve and need:

1. The best build quality on EVERY Porsche,
2. integrity and truthful representation in sales,
3. honest and diligent effort to diagnosis warranty covered problems,
4. rapid and gracious replacement or repurchase of a car if it is defective, and
5. no hassle honoring of warranties and completion of warranty work in a timely manner.

PCNA and its dealers should treasure the community of Porsche enthusiasts and treat us, and all their customers, in a manner that reflects true appreciation. Though we don't want to live without Porsches, we can do so. Porsche and the dealers though can't live without us.

Please e-mail the attached Letter for Lozzy to all Porsche owners you know. The message we wish to send won't be heard without big numbers. If your in a PCA club, see if your club will send the letter (or one of your own crafting) out to the whole club.

Print two copies of the Letter. Send one to the address on it for Beverly Hills Porsche. Send the other to the address shown for Porsche Cars North America. I will post a couple of other document formats tonight along with the contact info for the journalists.

I'm on a mac and mac Word files viewed/ printed on PCs can have glitches occasionally depending on the users computer and printer setup. So if the file doesn't print correctly for you let me know. The Pdf format should be the better one to use. The doc format below is provided for persons without Acrobat, later Microsoft Word or other pdf compatible word processing program.

I'm out of time tonight, so I'll post the journalist contact tomorrow.
