January is turning into a super dry month in NorCal which means that the driving opportunities have been incredible.
There was a touch of rain yesterday which made the road a bit slick, however the 4S eats all of it up with just the right balance of confidence and humility.
Here are a couple of IP6 snaps from a drive south on CA1 to the road closure south of Muir Beach. Just a few dozen bikes and a many fewer cars...and the 997!
Great photos David, the only thing better than seeing a 997.2 C4S out for a drive is seeing two!

It was a very special drive with few obstacles and LEO was no where to be found!
That said, a number of these roads are barely 2 lane with no shoulder at all and even though it was mid-week, there were a number of bicyclists. One pass on Chileno Valley Rd was a bit hairy but we properly assumed control of the passing (opposite direction) lane and it all happened before we knew it AND all was safe.
Driving those roads is not really about speed (or maintaining speed) but getting up to speed when sight lines allow for it. The C4S is really a perfect tool for these roads, especially when the roads are a bit wet!

Nope (I wouldn't park that close to the road on 92!).
Here is the loop. (For those unfamiliar with the area, this is north of San Francisco in Marin and Sonoma counties.) We also added a run to Petaluma after completing the loop.
And did I mention, it was very difficult to accomplish any more work yesterday.
Instead I kept closing my eyes and reflecting and letting the memory of each and every turn be properly filed AND Wayne kept putting the bug in my ear about next week's mental health break!
