Has the lower black plastic so it’s WB. Nice spec btw!
EG997C2 knows his stuff!
4S.
I've had car at dealership to look into why bluetooth phone (mics installed and option installed from new) does not work.
I can hear caller on car speakers but they can barely hear me and only if car is stopped and I am yelling.
I researched all of the threads so I've tried everything.
Dealer said they would try to update the software on the PCM but it could crash it and ruin it resulting in having to buy a new (rebuilt) one at considerable cost. I was quoted $2300 from Suncoast and Napleton does not get close to Suncoast pricing.
Turns out my headunit (everything else work fine) will not take the cds for update so I've decided to pull it and go aftermarket for similar money and save the headunit for originality.
Car only had 3100 miles on it when I purchased it a month ago.
I have an extra K40 360RL that I was planning on installing and I want a backup camera anyway.
I'm going with a Kenwood unit that has android auto / apple carplay, XM, rear camera and K40 integration into unit (didn't know that was possible).
They have harnesses now that retain the factory bose amps and allows everything to be easily reversed if ever desired.
Since I was going to do a backup camera and install my K40 anyway it will end up being a net 1500 more to go full on modern with av system.
The only thing that I lose (I think) is the info screen above the steering column in the dash that indicates what channel is on etc ...
Will update and may start a new thread on the car as I am doing a few things to it ...

I have the same issue with my Iphone 7 on my 2009 4s and have been unable to resolve it. Now I just stop and make or take a call . The plus side is I avoid distracted driving issue.

Probably what I should do and skip the rest of the stuff.
Hello gang,
I've been searching a 911 for over a year now and finally found one that met my criteria. Pretty basic really, has to be a 997.2 C2 base with 6sp manual, relatively low mileage, any color but black (bad past experience) and has to have heated & ventilated seats for the crazy weather we have here. This car was owned by a PCA member so that's about sums it up. Thru my journey of searching I have learned so much from this community and I feel obligated to give back the knowledge I have absorbed and thru my own experience to this great community. Particularly to the new comers and guide them thru their journey with the 911.
Now it's time to ride the wheels off this bad boy!

I have a meteor gray cab, I love the way those wheels look with the meteor gray. What are they?
Running two different looks on either side of the car.
I've got a buddy who is restoring Shelby GT350 number 1 for a client. They are putting different wheels on each side of the car. Shelby did that with the car when it was built so he could take pictures from both sides.and make it look like he had multiple cars in the marketing materials.
I believe one side is steel wheels with hubcaps and the other side is prototype Shelby alloys, but don't quote me on that.

Thanks bro, they are BBS CH-R wheels (19x8.5 front, 19x11 rear)
The car has Eibach springs and is lowered a few inches. The calipers are power coated red. Car came with Fister exhaust with Billy Boat X pipe and exhaust tips that sounds amazing! This car had all the mods I wanted and previous owner included all of the OEM parts if I ever wanted to go back to stock. What kind of wheels do you currently have on your car?

That's really cool... I'm going to google that right now.
