Default New CL on my 2012 GTS

Had new Champion RS 20s mounted yesterday on my GTS.

For CL nay sayers, I had the OEM wheels completely switched out to the Champions includung tire, tpms, and stems by my local P-Car dealer and the cost was $180.

That's a bargain price. I'm assuming that you supplied the wheels, tpms, and stems and the dealer removed the tires from your old wheels and mounted and balanced the tires on the new wheels. $45 per wheel is a good deal.

Looks good! I've been considering these as well, since they are significantly lighter than the stock CL wheels. Would you be so kind as to post some more pictures?

ECS:

The tint is dark but I do not know how much because I bought the car with the tint already on it from a dealer.

Great great wheels! However confused....did you have 5 bolt wheels and had dealer install parts for center lock wheels?

I wouldn't put porsche street centerlocks on a bicycle, but the wheels themselves look nice.

Well, yeah, no argument that they're not without their issues - but on the up side, if there is just one, CL's are a pretty good theft deterrent. (And I'd guess you're thinking, "Who would steal something so dreadful or that there isn't much of a market for in the first place?")

The non-black wheels, regardless of their attachment, also give the car a very different (in this case excellent) look!

BTW, there is a bicycle version of CL's - they are called track skewers (versus the quick release) and they work quite well, perhaps unlike Porsche street CL's.
