Take the significant other. Plan a route that takes you to cool bed and breakfasts on scenic roads and enjoy a 4 day road trip. She will appreciate the time with you and maybe understand why we buy these tiny little impractical cars. You will be surprised by how much stuff the car will hold. Use soft luggage.

Thanks for all the advice guys! I negotiated the price down and will be flying out next week to pick it up and drive it home.

Congrats on the new car! 75K seems about right, so if you got a few Benjamins off of that, you did good. You'll have a great drive home too.

IMHO, your missing the point. We all buy our Porsche to drive. What a better way to get to know your car than taking it on a drivers honeymoon. a long road trip is perfect....
