Mod Men: How did you modified your Carrera

OK, I should start by saying the car was originally meant for weekends and the occasional track day. Along the way, it became more and more track orientated because I just wasn't satisfied with some of the factory stuff and that's how it all began!
SUSPENSION
H & R swaybar front and rear
Kept factory sport suspension although will probably upgrade to coil over soon
RSS lower control arms front and rear
AP dog bones and link arms
Camber -1.5deg front; -2.5deg rear
BRAKES
GT3 6-pot front caliper and discs
Pagid RS29 front and RS14 rear pads
Goodridge braided brake hose
Racing brake fluid
GT2 front brake air duct
GT3 rear brake spoiler
DRIVETRAIN
Aasco LWFW
Clutch Master heavy duty clutch and sprung friction disc
Factory short shift
Factory LSD
Custom 12mm front and 15mm rear spacers
H & R wheel studs and bolts
ENGINE
Centre radiator
Low temp thermostat
Mantis extended oil sump
Magnetic drain plug
5w-50 full synthetic oil
ECU remap
Evoms air intake
GT3 TB and IPD 82mm plenum
SS headers
Fabspeed X-pipe
O2 sensor extender
De-cat PSE
RSS under drive pulley
Wevo semi-solid engine mount
SAFETY
GT2 reclinable bucket seats
Scroth 6-point safety harness Hans driver side and non-Hans passenger side
BK harness bar and sub frames
Fire extinguisher
DRL
COSMETIC
Tinted windows and windscreen
GT2 alcantara steering wheel
Alcantara brake lever
Rear LED
LED plate lights
Full LED interior lights
MOMO pedals
Car is an 06 C2S and before you tell me I should be upgrading my IMSB, I will just say that I am aware of its potential weakness and do regular 1000 mile oil filter inspections and take my chance. Meanwhile, I drive the car like I stole it.
Oh, everything was DIY in my own garage except for the LWFW. Wasn't brave enough to do it alone.

You are married to an Angel.
Can't convince my better half to get a set of carbon seats. She loves heated sport ones.
- 3-rd Rad + 160F T-stat
- Cargraphic 200 cell cats + TUV Sound mufflers + X51 Headers
- IPD GT3 plenum + GT3 TB
TB Body installed:

I think my next mod may be wheels, some new MPSS tires, and perhaps a set of Damptronics. Anyone tried these or have an opinion. Application would be street/DD and some DE's so I'm wondering if it's any improvement over my existing PASM setup. TIA http://www.fvd.us/us/en/Porsche-0/99...with_PASM.html
7500rpm, I think you have the most track modified car here. It may have been easier to just get a GT3 but I like how you modified it to the hilt. Half the fun of owning these cars involves working on and learning about them indepth. When I purchased my '08 C2S I held in reserved another 20% for mods and initial maintenance...

USMC_DS1 In hindsight, yes, a GT3 would have suited me better. Like I said, though, she started off being more of a weekender and the whole thing evolved over two and a half years. Had lots of fun modding, though. I now know her intimately and my garage is full of tools used once only for cam timing, crankshaft pulley, gear shift centering and clutch disc centering. I couldn't find the special tool for removing the top clips off the front bumper cover so I modified a bicycle spoke for it. As for fog light removal, two old credit cards does the trick.
So what's the result after all these? I can keep up with a well driven GT3 in corners but they'll still pull away in the straights. An average driver (even in a 991S) has no chance keeping up with me and my car sounds a million bucks (and this comes from the spectators). The beauty of it all? I can still take my family on a 100 mile trip after removing the harness bar and they can hardly feel the difference if I do not floor the accelerator!

Thanks -
I had mine installed very soon after I bought the car so I didn't have a good baseline. People seem to say that stock sport mode is similar to the comfort setting of the damptronics, and that the damptronics sport setting is incrementally stiffer, analogous to the just from stock comfort to stock sport.
I'm not sure if that's more accurate, or just a convenient way of making a baseless (but fairly intuitive and straightforward) generalization...
Honestly - my main reason for getting them was to lower the car 'properly', and extra sportiness (without going overboard) was a perceived bonus.
