Two tone leather option 997.2
I'm obviously new to the forum and the P car. I've found a 09 997.2 that lists two tone leather as an installed option. CNN any of you help me understand if this is the same or different than full leather? If it I different what is leather? Seats?
Also I believe PASM is standard with the 4s sport chrono plus ....correct
Thanks
Hope to have a p car soon

It is different. Full leather includes leather in the dashboard, doors and a bunch of other places. Two tone, i believe, simply means that some leather inserts are in contrasting colors. Not sure if you need full leather to also have two tone.

My .1 is two tone. It's black dash top, grey lower, same with the door panels. Seats are solid grey.
Edit, I'm not sure if it's "full leather" but there is leather everywhere.

The standard two tones for 2009 were black / stone grey, black / sand beige and black/ terracotta. They are full leather and cost $4,085. Have the dealer run a build sheet for you. You will also find the order guide to be extremely helpful. Google 2009_997_order_guide.pdf. Dave

I love the 2 tone interior in the 997.1 and 997.2 and was a top priority for me to find the right one which was a bit of a challenge since there were not as many made since it was a pricey option in the 997. The 997.1 has the silver electronic components compared to the black components in the 997.2. I like both versions of the 997 for different reasons, but here is a pic of my 997.1 Black/Stone Gray:

I have the sand beige and black interior, as you can see in my avatar. Of the three available color combos, I probably like the Terracota and black the best, but they all look nice. The leather includes the dash, glove box, A-pillars, center stack side panels, door cards, and door top panels.
Porsche calls this a "bi-color" interior. This can be a useful phrase when searching for cars.

FWIW, the build sheet list "Two-Tone Leather Interior (code = 970)" and not "bi-color", so "two-tone" may be a better search term but who knows...

I too have the sand beige and black interior; thanks for clarifying exactly what bits are leather! The PO of my '10 C4S went a bit crazy and also specified rear center console leather (code = XMZ) & leather sun visors (code = XMP).

Your story about picking up your car and the accompanying photos was a driver for me looking for the sand beige and black leather interior on my car. I'm away from home and don't have access to my build sheet, but i thought it referenced bi-color. Will check when I get home.
