can any of our brothers who have the 2011 with standard 3rd radiator installed show some pics of how it looks? are there any special vents or ductings that were included in the standard install?

Don't forget that what is happening under the car is actually more important. Those who have installed the third radiator have posted that installed herein and show how they have to open up portions of the front bumper on the bottom. Check those out.

The 3rd radiators on the GT3 cars is tilted and the front openings on top of the front bumper actually flows hot air out and flows air through the front bumper to create down force.
Just opening up the top of the front bumper WITHOUT using the tilted radiator and the internal air flow guts does not do anything so you must do all this correct.
The 3rd radiator found on the Carrera series of cars does nothing for air flow for down force and is only there for some minor extra cooling. My GTS falls into this category.

The 3rd rad on my C2S cooled down my oil temp by 15F at operating temp and I have not seen any temps over 250F under spirited driving in the heat of TX summer since I installed it. I made the cuts/mods on the bottom of the front fascia. No down force but lots of cooling for the engine. And yes, grills are a must to protect the rads and keep large debris from creating any blockage towards cooling the system properly.
