OH YEAH!
Put them on yesterday. From the threads I've read, easier than the 997.1. One easily accessible bracket and two bolts on the cat flange. Still a pain in the neck (literally) doing it on your back in the driveway.
Today, 300 m drive through the Catskills with a Rennlist contingent with most of the time spent between 5 & 6k rpm. We won't disclose the gear. Totally awesome. Also got positive comments from those subjected to the wail on the outside. Then on the highway - 3k rpm, radio on - can't tell that it's there. Perfect!
