How do I remove the seat release (the ones that flip the seat forward to enter the rear seats)? They rattle and I want to put some felt between the latch and the seat.
Can't find anything on how to do this on the forums or when I google it.

I had the same issue and could figure it out so I grabbed a black hair tie(those little elastic black ones kids use) and wrapped the stem a couple of times. It shrinks itself around the stem behind the handle and you can't really tell its there.

 

While lifting the lever, you will need a screwdriver thin enough to fit through the slot in order to pry up and towards you on the hook/tab of the actual **** to release it. You may want to cover the actual surround with a rag or wrap the screwdriver in electrical tape, etc in order to not scratch it. Then the tabs of surround just need to be carefully released from between it and the seat for removal. Everything just clips back together when reinstalling. Hope this helps!
