Resurrecting from the dead

My exclusive design cover is scratch to death. Looking to replace it with the same or a black leather one but the assembly new is over $1,000.

any suggestions on how to get just a new cover and not the entire assembly?

I found a used black leather one on eBay, there are usually a few on there. You buy the entire assembly.
