Does anyone know how long it takes returned cores to get back to Darin? Apparently he cannot send out any new orders because he is awaiting core returns.
Has anyone tried the gundo hack on any aftermarket cans that aren't extremely expensive and are just a tad louder than the stock mufflers?
My guess would be no, as most folks that go to aftermarket side mufflers eliminate the center silencer, at least on 997.2's.
Getting rid of the center silencer gives a substantial increase in exhaust note that probably is satisfactory for most.
It was for me anyhow.
