$500 even for a P is silly. I think $300ish. I recently had to get one for a Benz.

Dont buy a a key from a NON authorised retailer.

DOes the car have books?

No problem, glad to help out.

I had to buy an extra key for my car in 2009. Just checked my receipt and it cost $398.

You can get the key parts for $174 from Suncoast - it's the programming by the dealer that runs up the price.
