I think I found which car you are looking at. Knowing their current asking price I would shoot for $73k and settle no higher than around $75-76 max.
It's got nice low miles but has had two owners. The most recent being in January 2012. In the end the two owners dows not bother me but the short amount of time the second owner had it does...creates the question as to why they only kept it for 6 months and did they thrash it for those 6 months.
As others have said the bonus with this car is PSE, that should command a bit of a premium but not more than $1k.
What I figured out is that while some people who are very good negotiators have achieved 12-15% off the asking prices over the last 12 months most people who have purchased 2009 models recently have been between 8-10% off at the most (including myself 2 months ago).
Good Luck, it appears to be a great car.

% discount off of list is completely irrelevant. You should pay only what it is worth, and strive to pay even less. Go to KBB.com or another well known price guide price out the current retail market value. Attempt to buy it lower. Never pay higher. If a dealer is greedy, or paid too much for the car, you won't be able to buy at the right price or lower. But if they bought it right, you should be able to get a deal. According to KBB the value is $76,688. If you can buy it for $75K you are getting a good deal. My guess is they own it for around $69K. Possibly a little less.

Not sure you know what I do for a living...but thanks for your comment.
Either way, I haven't been keeping an eye on 09+ C4S's for pricing, so that was my question. Also, I can have a set of Turbo II rims installed on this car if I choose. My friend called me on this one and one other coming in. I've had my eye on GT3's for over a year, but still have yet to find one that works for me. For the money and condition its a decent deal, but I may hold out for the GT3 anyway..
