Just an update........I had a Tubi installed and picked up my car on Monday morning and what a difference from stock.
When I picked it up I got nervous as it sounded soooo much louder. Then on Tuesday I was thinking that it's too loud....then my wife gets in the car and she says she loves it!! Whoda thunk it!!
Now I absolutely love it. I can't believe how it sounds and that I waited over 2 years to do this. I couldn't be happier.
Thanks to all who took the time to let me know how you felt when I asked in a thread a few weeks ago. The best thing I've ever done!
Just curious. I'm trying to rationalize the expense based partly on weight savings. I have an extra heavy sport exhaust on mine. I hear it's made out of lead
Tubi is extremely light weight...seriously light weight. I had Tubi on my 09 Carrera S and tracked the heck out of it. Tubi to me is actually not loud at all. Idle and light throttle around town and such it's almost stock like quiet. It opens up at around 4000rpm.
