Default Hard to beat this deal

I know everyone is probably tired of my posts about the next 911 I'm going to pull the trigger on, but this one has been in the back of my mind for awhile and I got to speak with the owner a couple days ago.
He's a PCA board member and takes care of his cars very well.

06 997.1 S
Basalt Black/black
Bose
Comfort seats
Short Shifter
54K
90% tires

$42000

There are heavier loaded cars out there, and some lower mile cars, but this really looks like it will fit my needs for a daily and look great !
Only issue is a gurgling from the tail pipe when cold. Tech never located the problem.
I'll add a Fidelity warranty.

Jason

from the pics the car looks immaculate, and gorgeous. Those rims can't be that old.

I have personally seen that car driving around town! What a small world.

I think this will be the best way of going for you having followed your previous posts and what you are looking for!

I really think so too. I expect things to need to be done , like the 60K service.

Only problem is my credit union rep dragging her feet to get the money sent !

I remember the first time I saw that car (I was in my pickup, of course! So no wave that time). But it caught my attention because of the "red S" and the 997 on the regular state license plate! Wish I would have asked the tag agent for a 997 plate myself, but they probably would have just rolled their eyes.

Are you coming down to get the car?

Keep the plates and legally change your name to John B. Player.

Shipping it, my schedule sucks at work.. Did you know the owner is on the PCA board ? Not sure if its just Oklahoma or national. Very nice guy and just a straight shooter.

He used Dumont's Porsche, which I think is a independent shop. The owner Mike, did all his work and was very upfront.

Hard to tell its Metallic, Basalt Black from some of the pictures...looking forward to seeing the color in person.

The ghost graphics on the sides are really nice in my opinion ! I'll be removing the Porsche logo on the top of the windshield though.

Well, just moved here from KC. I'm actually taking my 944 to Dumont's this week for some work. Good to hear another good word about them. Perhaps I'll let them service my 997 as well.

I don't know the owner. I'd have to know his name & then could look him up in the PCA directory I just got last week in the mail! We're in the same town though.

When I've seen the car, I NEVER noticed the ghost graphics at all! In fact, I thought the car was straight black too. Basalt kind of shows itself more in the sun.
