Those were added after the fact. Note the car has heated seat icons on the dash. And these seats cannot be heated. That and the incorrect installation would lead me to believe these are the real seats added after the fact.

However I don't really see any negatives apart from they may need to be re-installed and you'd have no heated seats unless you went back to the orginal.

Price seems high for an '09 C2.

Please note that I don't think that seat heating has ever (as of this date) been offered on this particular type of sport 'bucket' seat OEM from factory. So that is your first clue!
