Agreed! Over three years ago I told myself that if I ever got another 911, one of the first mods would be to add PSE, if the car didn't already have it. At that time the 997.2 had not been released. After listening to the stock 997.2 sound I was able to determine that even with PSE, the 997.2 center muffler HAD to go.

My car now sounds great! Just how I wanted it to sound.

Glad it worked out. I remember day one of the DFI car with the 3-muffler system and just driving off the lot I was like, "Where's the beef?!!". Flat 6? Where?

hi jok, depending on where you're at Regal Autosport is a dealer for our stuff. In fact I'm sending them a box next week with some of our tips and GT3 exhausts already

Just ask for Chris or Paul over there:

A good independent mechanic can do it. I personally removed my center muffler and did the Sharkwerks pipes install myself. I would have swapped the mufflers but the vacuum lines and wiring looked like a big job and more technical that I wanted to get into, so I left it to the professionals.

The local Porsche dealer did the install. I already had the Sharkwerks pipes on the car and they never said a word about them.

Tim, do you remember how much the dealer charged you to install PSE?

Default PSE with Sharkwerks by-pass

This week I ordered the PSE mufflers from Suncoast Porsche and had them shipped to my local dealer so they could install the PSE. I picked up the car Thursday afternoon. The sound of the PSE coupled with the Sharkwerks is a great combination, yielding an awesome sound. I do not have a sound clip but here are a few pics of the tail pipes.
I have a 2010 911 4S without PSE. Anything different you would do, instead of PSE + Sharkwerks by-pass, after all these years, or newer tech available since?
