What did you do to your 997 today?
Burning Brakes
Drove it to work and then lunch since it's over 60 here in Colorado today. Was surrounded by large trucks on the way back to the office. I don't think of the 997 as a small car, but it feels that way compared to pretty much everything else on the road.

New stone guards , clear and next week finally applying ceramic coating, I’m not sure if actually protects the paint but a friend has it and it makes his car so much easier to wash and dry

They are BC forged wheels KL12 https://bcforged-na.com/monoblock/kl12/. I chose the deep lug versions and they make them to size and offset, these are 9x19 and 12x19. I am running 235/305 Conti 7's I think the 7's come up slightly narrower than Cup 2's as they look a little more stretched but do grip well

Necessity… I think this is one of the best mods on a 911 period.. makes me wonder if the a/c condenser was in the center or visa versa if that would help radiator with nothing blocking..

Picked up my dream car and first Porsche today, a Midnight Blue 2006 Carrera, one of only two manual trans blue 997s that were for sale here in the Netherlands. Three previous owners, 207,000km/129,000 miles on the odometer. Options are black leather interior, heated sports seats, xenon, the lobster wheels, and PCM with navigation, phone module, and cd changer. The car was repainted in 2019 and received a rebuilt engine two years ago.
The interior needs some attention, which should be a great first project to bond with the car. I ripped out the CD changer and installed the Mr12Volt Bluetooh module. I will also add cruise control and I'm investigating options to reduce the tire noise a bit. I also really like the look of the 991.2/Macan steering wheel, but can't justify the expense. I plan on doing most of the regular maintenance work myself.
At Porsche Centrum Rotterdam, hoping to pick up some parts, but alas parts desk closed on Saturday.
Next to its Swabian cousin which from now on has to sleep outside.
