where did you get that? I want one just like it, matches the other pedals.
Suncoast Porsche parts sells it online. To remove the old one just use a trim tool and wedge it under the pedal and then lever it upwards as you use your right hand to hold the side and pull up. It will pop out. Then slide the new one downwards and it will pop right in.
Lock the door TWICE rapidly if you want to keep the doors locked while a passenger remains in the car. Otherwise, the alarm will go off after a brief period of time if you only lock the doors ONCE. It's in the manual.
When just moving the car around a little you can avoid putting on your seat belt and getting the annoying gong by keeping the speed below 15 mph indicated. Once you hit 15 the gong will continue to sound.[/QUO!!!!!!
Or just get any decent Porsche OTC program scanner tool and turn the damn thing off permanently as I did ...Beautiful xoxox
Supreme trivia of the least known kind: This only applies to those who have the Sport Chrono Option.
With that option you have the ability to go into the PCM and either select "daylight running lights" or not. BUT, you only get that option when the VEHICLE IS STANDING STILL. It is disabled while in motion. (Must be a German safety thing). None of this applies if you lack the wart, because you have to go to the dealer to change that stuff for you. That function is also 'keyed' to whichever key you have in the vehicle at the time.
Can you help me? I have the sport chrono(the wart). the only option it gives me is start timing. I have a 2008 Carrera S. Is it unavailable in this model year. Can you give me some more information as to activate the daytime running lights?
If you have Sport Chrono, you have two speed limit notifications. One set on the dash and one set on the PCM. I set my PCM to 75mph to indicate to passengers, and I set the dash speed limit notification to 100mph.
I haven’t done this adjustment, as I think turning on this feature makes your main headlights turn on all the time when you drive but I think Edgy is saying you make the adjustment in the PCM (eg. nav/radio unit settings), and not the indicator stalk.

Passenger side window is auto-up only after it's reached the half-way point on the coupe. On the cabs, the auto-up on the passenger side feature works with the window fully closed.
