Also don't forget.. this is exhaust stuff.. it always rusts, and sometimes breaks... that's why they have replaceable studs. It's no big deal.

I think that any anti seize compound will just dry up due to the high heat of the cats. Try high grade stainless bolt.

Yeah PB Blaster is magic!

But these exhaust bolts are totally disposable. I don't understand why they don't use stainless on the exhaust !?

Kano Kroil Penetrating Oil... best I've every used. My son forgot to use anti-seize on one of his spark plugs. Stuck so tight he snapped the plug. Kano Kroil for a few hrs and a backout tool did the trick... easy.
