Also don't forget.. this is exhaust stuff.. it always rusts, and sometimes breaks... that's why they have replaceable studs. It's no big deal.

I think that any anti seize compound will just dry up due to the high heat of the cats. Try high grade stainless bolt.

But these exhaust bolts are totally disposable. I don't understand why they don't use stainless on the exhaust !?

Kano Kroil Penetrating Oil... best I've every used. My son forgot to use anti-seize on one of his spark plugs. Stuck so tight he snapped the plug. Kano Kroil for a few hrs and a backout tool did the trick... easy. Used by aviation mech's, firearms, and now I use it on any seized metal parts. http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct...tnumber=137203
